The Northshore Utility District has been made aware that some customers have received illegitimate emails which appear to be from the district but were not generated by us. Please do not open any suspicious email you may receive from Steven Hamilton and delete it immediately. This incident has been isolated and we are working diligently on resolving this issue.

TOP OF BILL

The top of the bill includes information regarding customer, account number, address of the site receiving services, the billing period, usage in hundred cubic feet, and the next billing date.

MIDDLE OF BILL

The middle portion of the bill includes charges outstanding on the bill as well as a history of the usage. Charges include base charges, usage charges, and possible franchise charges if the city in which you live imposes such a charge. Rate information can be found by clicking the Departments tab. After doing so, click again on the Finance Department tab.

BOTTOM OF BILL

The bottom portion of your bill includes information regarding customer name, account number, address of the site receiving services, and payment options.

Please take a moment to read the back of your bill. It contains important information regarding early payment discounts, late penalties, dishonored check charges, non­payment service terminations, property lien for non-payment, right to hearings, and known or suspected errors/irregularities. It also contains a space for you to inform us of changes to the account billing addresses, name changes, or property ownership.
